Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 14-day return period for most items.

1. The 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Variation-Specific Returns

Because our store allows for specific Color and Size selections:

  • Exchange Policy: If you selected the wrong variation (e.g., wrong size), we can exchange it within the 14-day window, provided the requested variation is currently in stock in our system.
  • Color Accuracy: Please note that slight color variations due to monitor settings do not constitute a “Defective Product” but are still eligible for a standard return within 14 days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of selection.
  • Customized or personalized variations made specifically for your order.
  • Gift cards.

4. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong variation (e.g., you ordered Red and received Blue), we will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
