Agreement to Terms

By using this website and our custom shopping interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our selection tools or shopping cart features.

Custom Product Selections

Our store uses dynamic variation widgets (Color and Size selection).

• Display Accuracy: We strive to show product colors and textures accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product color.
• Selection Logic: Variations are updated in real-time. If a combination (e.g., Red in Size Large) is unavailable, the system will prevent it from being added to the cart.

Pricing and Availability

• Dynamic Pricing: Prices may vary based on the specific color or size selected. The price displayed after your selection is the current price for that specific variation.
• Stock Errors: In rare cases of high traffic, an item may show as “In Stock” during selection but sell out before the AJAX “Add to Cart” process completes. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a synchronization error occurs.

Technical Requirements for Purchase

To ensure the functionality of our “Add to Cart” system, the following are required:

• JavaScript: Must be enabled to process variation logic and AJAX requests.
• Cookies & Sessions: Your browser must allow session cookies to maintain your cart data as you move through the site.
• Security: Our system uses security tokens (nonces) to protect your transactions. Attempts to bypass these security measures are strictly prohibited.

Order Finalization

An order is only considered “Received” once you have completed the checkout process and received an Order Confirmation email. Adding an item to the cart via the “Add to Cart” button does not constitute a reservation of stock or a binding contract.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Connection Issues: Any failure to add items to the cart due to your local internet connection or browser performance.
• Compatibility: Issues arising from the use of outdated browsers or incompatible browser extensions (like certain ad-blockers) that may interfere with AJAX scripts.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy [Link] for details on returning specific variations. Note that some “On Sale” variations selected via our discount logic may be subject to different return rules.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the selection interface, product variations, or pricing without prior notice.
